EMBARK Yoga with Kimberley is for the person who wants to feel better in their body, but doesn’t necessarily feel like a “yoga person”
Kimberley’s classes weave together mindful vinyasa, gentle movement, Yin Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Some practices are slow, grounding, and restorative. Others build heat, strength, and energy.
This isn’t about perfect poses or performing flexibility. It’s about noticing how your body feels, creating space in tight muscles, getting your energy moving again, and learning how to support yourself through movement and breath.
Whether you’re craving deep rest, a good stretch, nervous system support, or an energizing flow, these practices are designed to help you move through your day and life with more ease, strength, and presence.

Vinyasa, Yin & Mindful Movement Yoga Online
Join me Monday mornings for a blend of Gentle & Grounding, Flow & Energize, and Yin & Deep Rest practices. Classes range from 30–50 minutes, include replay access, and feature unique themes released in advance so you can choose the practices that best support you.
