EMBARK YOGA
Trained in and influenced by the magic of Bali, Indonesia, I offer a powerful opening to class of meditation and breathwork followed by 50 minutes of transformative vinyasa flow. Finish the class in a final resting pose feeling inspired, fulfilled, and alive in your body. Stretch your body, calm the mind, and activate your potential.
I am now also trained in Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
Mindful Movement Mondays
Mondays 8-9am CST
Gentle Yoga via Zoom
Meditation & gentle yoga movement to calm your mind, stretch your body, and feel refreshed. Held online via Zoom every Monday morning.

Start with a grounding breath meditation, be guided through a gentle warm up into a full body vinyasa flow. End class in final resting savasana to integrate. Breathe, stretch, expand, enliven.

Yin/Restorative Yoga
This winter, slow down and reconnect through a deeply nourishing 6-week candlelit yin & restorative yoga series inspired by the elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Each class focuses on one element—Water, Wood, Fire, Metal, and Earth—to support balance in body, mind, and spirit.
You’ll release tension, restore energy, and leave with acupressure points, nutrition tips, and postures to continue your self-healing journey at home. All levels welcome. Mats & props provided.
