How does 9D Breathwork work?

  • We go beyond our sensory reality – beyond the conscious mind, allowing for the somatic release of the repressed & suppressed emotions bottled and trapped inside the body


  • Deactivate the default mode network (DMN) – cells found in the prefrontal cortex that connect parts of the brain’s thinking, decision-making making, and interpretive functions, which include the capacity for self-reflection, mental projection, past & future thought, and the ability to interpret others with more objectivity. This program that runs our DMN is from childhood, and is a critical part of the brain & how we run on auto-pilot. **We want to deactivate & reprogram this to create monumental shifts in our lives. (We are up to 95% directed by our unconscious content. It's like driving somewhere and don’t remember the journey. We have 60-70k thoughts/day. 70-80% are negative disempowering & limiting. 95% of those are repetitive and run on a loop)


  • Transient hypofrontality – temporary reduced activity to the pre-frontal cortex (animals have very underdeveloped – we have analysis but animals are always living in the present moment)


  • When activity slows, the ego temporarily vanishes & the usual boundaries we experience between ourselves and the world around us melt away.


  • When we do these deep breathing techniques, we constrict 70k miles of blood vessels which decreases blood flow and electrical activity to the brain by as much as 40%. We cut off the fuel temporarily to the monkey mind which is where the magic happens. Our ego takes a back seat and the usual boundaries we experience between ourselves & the world around us – the veil begins to thin.


  • If your brain were a bank, this is like access to a locked vault. The subconscious holds all of the suppressed memories & traumas. We have an opportunity to access and process all of the buried shit. Somatically, we process and release it out of the body without having to talk about it


  • We enter the theta brainwave state = state of hypnosis in which we are more easily suggestible to change

So what’s the difference between a Somatic Breathwork Journey & 9D Somatic Breathwork?

9D Breathwork is a somatic breath journey. The difference between 9D Breathwork and a regular Somatic Breath Journey is that we wear headphones for 9D (like in the photos) and it involves layers of sound healing & vibration, etc. But the benefits are mostly the same. You can look at 9D Breathwork as an enhanced breathwork experience as there are 9 layers to the experience, as in the photo above!
